Full Returns Policy For Guilty Necklaces
Guilty Necklaces provide a guaranteed returns policy for 14 days. If you are nmot happy with your necklace for any reason such as fit, design or look, you are more than welcome to return your necklace for a full refund. This policy applies to all of our necklaces that are returned in their original condition and with their labels and tags attached. We will not accept returns where the necklace has been clearly used.
Guilty Necklaces also offer an extended returns policy where the necklace has been purchased as a gift, just let us know in the checkout process that you are purchasing this as a gift and we can offer a bespoke return date for your necklace purchase. This is great for our clients who are buying presents, especially at Christmas or for mothers day and birthdays.
Guilty Necklaces also provide a free delivery service on all of our purchase but all returns are at the customers own costs. We recommend that you use a signed for delivery service that covers your purchase value such as the Royal Mail Special Delivery service that we use ourselves.

Guilty Necklaces also offer a full refund on any product found to be faulty within 28 days of purchase.
If you have fallen outside of your 14 day period and have had your purchase for less than 30 days, please contact us regarding a return, we may issue a full refund or a credit note for the value of your product as we value all of our customers.
